Shipping destinations:
we currently ship to addresses throughout the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
at this time we do not offer international shipping.

we currently offer standard tracked delivery on all uk orders.
orders under £34.99: £3.99 standard tracked delivery.
orders of £34.99 or more: FREE standard tracked delivery
we are not currently offering express or next day delivery.

every paws of character is made to order, meaning your item is created especially for you once your order has been placed.
because every order is custom made, please allow time for both production and delivery before your order arrives.
delivery and tracking
once your order has been produced, quality checked, carefully packaged and dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcels journey.
all us orders are sent using STANDARD TRACKED DELIVERY.

As all products are made to order, delivery includes both production and shipping.

most orders arrive within 2-10 business days from the date your order is placed.

business days exclude weekends and uk bank holidays. During busy periods, severe weather or circumstances outside our control, delivery may occasionally take a little longer than expected.
delivery address:
please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
once production has begun, we may be unable to amend your delivery address or cancel your order.
if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before your order can be resent.
multiple parcels:
if your order contains different product types, they my be produced at separate specialist facilities and dispatch individually.
if this happens, you’ll receive separate dispatch confirmation emails and tracking information for each parcel where applicable.

delivery delays:
while we always aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, adverse weather conditions, public holidays or periods of exceptionally high demand.
